Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no cost. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee and you must call/text to cancel. No-show appointments will be charged full price for the appointment and lose the ability to book future appointments until the fee is paid in full. Emergency situations that require cancellation within 24 hours or "no-show" appointments will be evaluated on a case-by case basis and the possibility of an appointment fee waiver will be at the discretion of the owner.
